Erik Lindemann

Erik Lindemann is a ministry leader with over a decade of experience serving churches and faith-based organizations through pastoral leadership, discipleship, and organizational development. His calling is to help individuals and communities grow in their relationship with Christ while building healthy, sustainable ministry systems that reflect the mission of the church. 


Erik is excited to return to First Presbyterian as the Director of Ministries, guiding staff and volunteer leaders to implement strategies that align people, programs, and resources with the church’s vision. His work involves leadership development, technology, social media, communications, and ensuring that every ministry—from worship and discipleship to missions and community life—flows together toward making disciples of Jesus Christ.


From 2015 to 2020, Erik served at First Presbyterian as the Discipleship Director: Student and Small Group Ministries. In 2023, Erik graduated with honors from Denver Seminary earning his Master of Divinity with an emphasis in Pastoral Studies. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Archaeology with an emphasis in Ancient Languages from Wheaton College in Chicago, IL. Erik and his wife Farrell live in Trumbull with their three children Leif, Linnea, and Jimmy.
