Welcome to First Presbyterian Church!

We’re glad you found us and encourage you to discover more about who we are. At FPC Fairfield, you’ll find a warm, inviting community, and we’d love to have you join us for worship. We are inspired by Scripture-based worship, strengthened by small group Bible study, and energized by outreach and missions. We look forward to seeing you soon!

Back to Church Sunday, September 19

We are saving a seat for you for Back to Church Sunday. We want to be a welcoming church to those members--as well as new visitors--who have found it difficult during these COVID times with a message of hope. We are excited to welcome back the Choir and we will incorporate some of the traditional elements that were missed.

Pastor Greg will begin a new 4 week sermon series this Sunday on Hope.  One of the greatest needs we have in our lives, after the year we experienced is a sense that there is hope in the world. This is why over the next four weeks Pastor Greg is beginning a brand new sermon series called Hope is Here. Throughout the month, we will see how through Christ the weary, the broken, the underdog and the doubter can find hope. We pray that your hope will be restored through this exciting new series and that you will consider inviting those in your family and friends circle to learn more about our living hope by joining us in-person or online.

Following this Sunday's service, we will be hosting a fun and delicious family-friendly meal of Crispy Chicken Tenders* with an array of dipping sauces: ketchup, honey mustard, buffalo, bbq. And something new: a Mashed Potato Bar: Grab a scoop and enjoy ‘as is’ or loaded with add ons: butter, sour cream, chives, cheese, and bacon. Plus we'll have veggies, drinks and, of course, sweet treats* of Decadent Brownies, Cookies and Ice Cream. (*Gluten free available.)

There will be bounce house inflatables for the children during this social time (and Sunday School during the service, see below), so invite friends and family, forward this email to them, and plan to come celebrate Back to Church Sunday!

Sunday Worship Service

Our in-person Worship service is at 10:00 a.m. and is live streamed on our webpage.

A recording of the service is available on YouTube, FaceBook and Vimeo at noon on Sundays.

We exist to glorify God by
deepening our relationship with Jesus living out the Gospel sharing His love with all

We exist to glorify God by deepening our relationship with Jesus, living out the Gospel, and sharing His love with all.

At FPC Fairfield, we keep the Gospel of Jesus Christ at the center of our hearts and minds. Through the knowledge of our great need for Christ and His saving grace, and the experience of God’s redeeming and unmerited love, we are transformed by the power of The Holy Spirit to glorify God in thought, word, and deed. We welcome all who are in need and desire to find hope and new life in Jesus Christ.
