1 Peter — May 12—June 23 at 10:30 a.m. The Book of 1 Peter carries all of the pastoral warmth of an apostle who’d seen just what the world thought of those who followed Jesus and learned to live well despite it. Turning to Christ (The Gospel of John)
Tuesdays, May 11 - June 22 at 7:30-8:30pm Continuing a study for women of the church, Melissa Penza will lead a study of the Gospel of John. In this study and video presentation, Dr. Tony Evans encourages us to turn to Christ by reminding us of the two purposes for the beloved disciple’s book—that we would believe in Jesus and find life in His name. Despite what our culture may argue, there is only one hope that is truly trustworthy and that is our savior, Jesus Christ.

In-Person Worship Resumes on March 7

At their February meeting, the Session voted to resume in-person Worship services on March 7 based on: the reduction in the Covid-19 positivity rate reduction of hospitalizations in Connecticut the forecasted trend of a decline in new cases and hospitalizations the increasing number of people receiving vaccines. We will continue to broadcast the services so that everyone will be able to hear the preaching of God’s word. We are committed to creating a spiritually meaningful service for all who are gathered. Starting Wednesday, February 24 from 10:30-11:45AM will be a study of Mark’s Gospel on Zoom. Video lessons by Francis Chan will be accompanied by a handout with questions for discussion.
