Easter Worship

Posted on March 01, 2018 in: Worship

This day of rejoicing follows the darkness of Maundy Thursday and the sorrow of Good Friday. Come and bear witness to God's enduring promise of eternal life.

Maundy Thursday

Posted on March 20, 2018 in: Worship

The Maundy Thursday service is a Tenebrae service in the Sanctuary at 7:30 p.m. The word tenebrae is Latin for “shadows.” You will experience the darkness of Jesus’ days before his resurrection; the betrayal, abandonment, and agony that he endured for us. The service, which includes Communion, is left unfinished, because the story isn’t over until Easter Day. A simple soup and bread meal prior to this service will be hosted by our Youth Group. Plan to enjoy the fellowship and homemade soup at 6:00 p.m.
